Process For Accessing the Learn and Serve Ohio Application Guidelines

1. Go to the Ohio department of Education website (www.ode.state.oh.us)

2. Click on the Data and Statistics menu bar on the left hand side

3. Click on Comprehensive Continuous Improvement Plan (CCIP)

4. Click on CCIP again

5. Click on Access CCIP “Click here”

6. Click on Doc Library in the left menu bar

7. Review the CCIP section and then scroll down to review the Competitive Funding Application section.

8. Click on Learn and Serve America and you will be able to review on-line the information or you can download the documents to print.

Access to the CCIP Update (11/16/2007)
The Comprehensive Continuous Improvement Plan (CCIP) is scheduled to have a major enhancement. As of February 1, 2008 there will no longer be logins specific to the CCIP. Access as an active user in the CCIP system will require a S.A.F.E. account. Please request a S.A.F.E. account with ODE. To request a S.A.F.E. account, please click on the gray box to the left "SAFE ACCOUNT SIGN IN" and click the "Not an Account Holder- Sign Up" button to request a SAFE Account Login.
